4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless), approximately 1 inch thick
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
