REFUND POLICY

Food Quality and Customer satisfaction is very important to us at Meat to You. If you have received an incorrect order, your order has not been delivered or you are unhappy with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or call-text Shane on 027 244 2404.  

You must notify Meat to You via phone or email within 24 hours of the delivery being made. Photos of your concerns will be required before a credit can be issued and credits will not be issued if we are not notified within 24 hours of order arriving. If the order dissatisfaction is due to courier error, we can replace the order, but we will need to notify the courier company and provide evidence.

Meat to You reserves the right to request that you return the order for us to identify how the issue arose. If we require the order returned, please return the order in the condition and packaging that it was delivered in.  We will send all this information to you in an email if we require you to send the goods back.
